MEDICAL STUDENTS
An audition rotation is highly recommended for you to familiarize yourself with our program. We encourage both D.O and M.D applicants to rotate with our program – we seek to have equal representation in training backgrounds.
Audition rotations are scheduled from June to February. To schedule a rotation, please click on Apply to fill out an application. Audition rotation applications will be accepted starting March 1, 2025.

ERAS APPLICATION
The Larkin Community Hospital Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program participates in the National Residency Match Program and takes applications for residency through ERAS. Please complete the ERAS application process which includes:
- School transcript
- USMLE and/or COMLEX scores
- Photograph
- Letters of recommendation
- Personal statement
- Dean’s letter

INTERVIEWS
Interviews at this time will be held virtually with interview dates and times to be determined. You will need access to a computer with webcam capabilities as well as stable internet access.
The interview process will consist of (subject to change):
- Interviews with the program director, faculty, and current residents
- Radiographic interpretation
- Basic orthopaedic management
